In this month’s The Enclave Blog post we’ll be sharing a list of classic movies that you can enjoy at your apartment. These classics will never go out of style. Check them out and enjoy your month here in Fresno, CA!   The Shop Around the Corner (1940) If you liked You've Got Mail with Tom Hanks and Meg Ryan, you will love this one too! This movie is about two lonely coworkers who don't realize that they're actually each other's beloved pen pal.   Some Like It Hot (1959) This cute little romance is about two ladies’ men — who also happen to be musicians (Lemmon and Curtis) who are on the run after witnessing a violent crime. They dress as women and join an all-girl band to escape being caught in the clutches of the mob. They meet up with Sugar Kane (Monroe), a “tonic’ drinking member of the band. Curtis falls in love with Monroe, and the results are both funny and romantically sweet.   Roman Holiday (1953) Starring Gregory Peck and Audrey Hepburn, this story of an overwhelmed, bored and sheltered princess who escapes her guardians and falls in love with an American newsman in Rome is a wonderfully funny, romantic tale.   Casablanca (1942) “The story of Rick Blaine, a cynical world-weary ex-patriate who runs a nightclub in Casablanca, Morocco during the early stages of WWII. Despite the pressure he constantly receives from the local authorities, Rick's cafe has become a kind of haven for refugees seeking to obtain illicit letters that will help them escape to America. But when Ilsa, a former lover of Rick's, and her husband, show up to his cafe one day, Rick faces a tough challenge which will bring up unforeseen complications, heartbreak and ultimately an excruciating decision to make.”   We understand that not everyone enjoys classic movies. Clean out Your Car with These Tips-image

Take some time this month to clean out your car here in Fresno, CA. In today’s The Enclave Blog, we’ll be sharing some tips to help you in your cleaning endeavors. We wish you a wonderful month and a clean car!   Throw away trash and vacuum. The first step when cleaning out your car is to throw away trash. Get rid of other items that shouldn’t be in there as well, including jackets, books, shoes, snacks, or other items that you haven’t taken inside your apartment yet. Take time to then vacuum off the seats and floors. Make sure to get into all the crevices of the vehicle, including between and under the seats and in other small compartments.   Dusting off Surfaces Surfaces can get very dusty in your car, especially if you’re using the air conditioner or heater frequently. First, wipe off surfaces with warm water and an interior car cleaner. Dust may still be lurking from the cloth you used or from dust in the air. Use a coffee filter to wipe up that dust. According to The Krazy Coupon Lady , “Coffee filters are made of a lint-free paper that is perfect for dusting!” Keep them in your car in order to dust when necessary. For those small spaces in your car like the vents or in between seats, use a can of compressed air to blow away the dust.   Organize with Boxes Certain items need to be kept in our cars, so rather than letting them roll around in the back seat or in the trunk, use plastic bins or cardboard boxes to keep things organized. Storing a garbage can in your car is another way to keep things organized. It will keep trash off of the floors and maintain a clean car for longer.   Do you have any other tips or ideas on how to clean out your car? If so, let us know in the comments below! We hope you have a great month in The Enclave apartment community!
