|Recommended: YesStaff Is Nice. — This is a nice place to live, it is quite area, but I do hear my neighbors kid screaming very early in the morning. Maintenance and staff is very friendly and fix issues right away.

|Recommended: YesFriendly, Safe, Clean, And Well Maintained — It's a nice place to live. The biggest issue is the gate. Its really hard to get in the complex if you dont have a key card after hours. You can imagine how inviting someone over or ordering delivery can be a pain without a gate code to get in. But other than that... Great.

|Recommended: YesFamily, Pet Friendly , Quiet — I spent a short time living here. The neighbors were quiet and friendly. A few times I did have an issue with parking and someone going into my patio, but nothing serious. The staff in the main leasing office are very friendly, but I do not recommend contacting a corporate person, but that is my opinion. I did not have any Maintenance needs while I was there but the Maintenance staff are very polite and I always see them out working and cleaning up. Great Amenities. There was a slight spider problem but pest control came in and took care of it immediately. I was so happy I did not have roaches. I rated this place at an overall 4 because the price is a tad bit high, but if you have the income and prefer not wanting the responsibility as a home owner, then this place is a great option.

|Recommended: YesGood Place — the apartments are good place to live at. No neighbor drama or staff being unprofessional. Pets are allowed so if you don’t mind barking it’s a good place to live. The apartment is decent for the area and needs a better paint job inside. The maintenance people are fast to come and fix or repair what is requested from you. Parking is fine and no problem for guest to find parking near my apartment. The kids park needs a huge upgrade. The dog park is cute and puts the kids park in shame. Laundromat is decent and the gym is standard equipment.

|Recommended: YesGreat Management — Shortly after I moved in the Enclaves. I lost my mother who was living here with me also. with no insurance on my mother it made paying bills difficult. The Enclaves worked with me to get through my bereavement and untimely payment of my rent for a few months due to the stress of burying my mother, they worked it out with me and I am still a happy tenant today. Thanks Enclaves you're the best
