|Recommended: YesLived here since 2019. As a whole, the business aspect is ok. You can tell that they do the managers special when flipping units between tenants. According to their lease, your deposit is supposed to be used to replace damaged or missing items. During the initial walkthough, there was noticeable signs of water damage to the ceiling in the master bedroom, that was just painted over, obviously signs of water damage to the restroom door and triming in the restroom that was just painted or caulked over. The bathtub is just spray painted. The fencing for the patio has dry rot that has never been replaced, just painted over. All of which is supposed to either be replaced by management or security deposit. None of which happened. I recently looked at my documents in their portal, and the initial walkthrough form that I filled out with all this information, is blank. Has my signature, but is completely blank. So there is no record other than photos I took. Not worth the rent they charge.

We want to assure you that repairs that may appear unsightly such as the patch on your ceiling due to a previous leak before your move in is not the resident's responsibility. This is considered normal wear and tear on the unit. You can find a more detailed explanation on what is considered normal wear and tear vs what are resident responsibilities in your "Move Out Charge Addendum" attached to your rental agreement. We also want to encourage you to submit a service request if your fence boards need attention from our maintenance crew so they can take a look at them as quickly as possible. We would also like to take the opportunity to have a further discussion with you. |Recommended: YesOkay, but needs improvement for 1400 Rent — If they are looking for a 2 bedroom, it would be great. Just needs improvement because when we moved in we found lots of unconstructed broken equipment. Especially paying 1400 We expected professionalism.

|Recommended: NoDecent — Living here is alright. It's cheap but overall not the best. You can hear your neighbors, the front gate never works. Not much storage space.. but I do recommend getting cameras.There is alot of homeless people coming in. Don't leave your valuables like bikes and stuff out side it will get stolen. There is alots of roaches and alot of cats that will come shit around your front area and the back porch area. Overall it stinks. I'm just here because it's cheap. But I would recommend them fixing the cat problems it's a health hazard when they shit by the windows and you can smell it into the bedroom.

|Recommended: YesIt's a decent place to live — I like that the apartments are single level have washer dryer hookups. Management and maintenance are helpful and friendly. My apartment in particular needs alot of repairs done but with the pandemic we only call when it's something major, hopefully we're able to get everything fixed once the office opens back up. All in all I'm satisfied with my living situation for now.
